An application has been made to amend external terracing works, including retaining parts of the existing terrace, adjusting wall and earth bank layouts, and replacing specific timber railings with metal designs.

Amendment to reduce the scope of external terracing works. The amendment includes for the retention of the existing terrace and steps including balustrading other than where identified. It outlines new line of terrace south of dining room extension and includes earth bank and reduced retaining wall works, along with replacement of timber railing for previously consented metal design to steps, ramp and new north-south wall only, non-material amendment to previous permission BA/2025/0075/COND.
