Full Proposal

The proposal is for change of use from the new class E (commercial) into C3 (residential) for first and second floor levels to create one 3-bed 5-person flat, one 1-bed 2-person flat, one 2-bed 3-person flat and one 1-bed 1-person flat. The scheme also includes the addition of 1 x new window to rear elevation at first floor level, the addition of 2 x new windows to rear elevation at ground floor level, the addition of 2 x new windows to side elevation at ground floor level, the demolition of the flat roof at the rear and creation of internal lightwell for flat 1, the refurbishment of the side passageway and external area at the rear of the site, and the internal refurbishment of first, second floor and ground floor (rear extension).
