To offset amenity loss under the TPO, plant one of the following lower water-use, small-stature species, = 6?8 m from structures and services. Amelanchier lamarckii, Crataegus monogyna, Malus (Rudolph/similar), or Sorbus aucuparia. Plant at 10?12 cm girth, with stakes, mulch and an aftercare plan (3 years). TPO 23W.
