Proactive removal of 3 No. trees (T22, T25, and T28) located immediately adjacent to the existing retaining wall to prevent future structural conflict and root-heave. Comprehensive mitigation to be provided via a 2-for-1 replacement planting strategy, consisting of 6 No. native broadleaved trees (RT5-RT10) strategically re-sited a minimum of 5.0m from the retaining structure to ensure long-term ecological enhancement and structural harmony.
