Vale Cottage is labelled on the attached sketch. The sycamore trees are labelled S1 and S2 which would be reduced to approx 8m.A much smaller hawthorn tree is labelled H.There is no other property or neighbours land affected by this works.The nearest private road is 100m away. HAR/CA23.
