T1. Sycamore - Large tree growing in close proximity to property with significant deadwood in canopy. The tree poses a huge risk of falling branches and causing injury to children playing in the garden and / or damage to property. Fell to ground level and replant 2 native heavy standard trees on rear boundary of property in the next planting season. TPO 16W.
