Change of use from Office (Class 4) to Hotel (Class 7), Restaurant (Class 3) and Bar (sui generis) and associated external alterations. External alterations include: replacement of slates, cracked sections of rainwater pipes and UPVC section of rainwater pipe; relaying loose stonework; reinstatement of metalwork at windows above front doors; stripping out of lead wall head gutter and replacement; formation of new gutter and rainwater hoppers; removal of redundant vent pipes; insertion of new false door; and, new extract flue.
