Discharge condition No. 3 (replacement trees) on planning approval PL/2025/02022/TPO dated 26/01/2026 to fell 14 common ash trees G01 (within 3 years), fell common ash trees T01, T02, T06, T09, T10, T22 and T24 (all within 3 years), fell Norway spruce trees T12, T15, T19, T25 and T26, and silver birch tree T21. Remove deadwood from Norway spruce trees T11, T13, T14 and T18, silver birch trees T16, T17 and T20, and pedunculate oak tree T23.
