Relocation of the existing boundary fence to enclose an additional area of approximately 37 sq.m. The project includes the installation of new close-boarded feathered edge timber fencing with concrete posts, and the planting of a laurel hedge adjacent to the new fence. A minimum 1000mm setback from the Langcomb Road footway will be maintained, with no obstruction to the existing visibility splay.
