Crown reduction, lifting, and deadwood removal works are proposed for a mature oak tree to provide clearance from adjacent properties.

Full Proposal

Reduce the lateral spread of crown of mature oak tree T2 on the side overhanging 16 Longmore Road by up to 3m, pruning back appropriate secondary growth points to maintain a natural shape and balanced crown. Crown lift to provide approximately 2-3m clearance from the roofline and guttering of 16 and 18 Longmore Road. Remove any deadwood and minor branches directly encroaching onto or in contact with both properties.
