Removal of the ground floor facing brickwork outer skin to allow removal of combustible insulation and installation of new cavity barriers, non-combustible insulation, and a new facing brickwork outer skin. Removal of existing timber decking to recessed and projecting balconies, with installation of new non-combustible balcony decking.
