Demolition of existing buildings, change of use and temporary installation of 8 no. padel courts with roof canopies for use as outdoor Padel Sports and Recreation (Use Class F2(c)) along with change of use of former Clock Works building to provide ancillary facilities including changing rooms, showers, reception area, office space and café/bar (sui generis) for an operational period of seven years, along with associated access, groundworks, drainage, lighting, servicing and car and cycle parking, and any other works.
