T1 is a Boxelder Maple (not a native British Species) which has been allowed to grow out horizontally as well as upwards. We wish to remove the lower horizontal branches to reduce shading of the grass and also reduce the risk of the branches snapping off in high winds (they are known to be brittle). The Pictures (B&C) show the North and South aspects where branches are to be removed. This will avoid the lower horizontal branches causes a hazard, return the tree to a more classical shape and assist its continued development. T2 is a European Ash which has struggled as it is overshadowed by larger more established trees. As a result some of the branches (which hang low over the garden) have died and need to be removed.
