Section 73 application to vary Condition No. 2 (Approved Plans) of application 2022/1047/FUL (Demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey front extension with porch and single storey rear and side extensions with replacement cladding). In order to increase front extension, additional mansard roof to side extension flat roof, new rooflights to front elevation and change from timber cladding to render.
