Partial demolition of the existing medical centre to facilitate the construction of a new extension accommodating six additional consulting rooms. A further infill extension is proposed adjacent to the main entrance to provide a seventh consulting room whilst improving the internal layout and circulation. The scheme includes associated external works locally comprising new landscaping, provision of secure cycle parking, and installation of a new entrance canopy.
