Full Proposal

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans), Condition 5 (Ecological Enhancements) and 9 (Electric vehicle charging points) for planning application 21/01228/FUL to regularize alterations made during construction of dwelling. Condition 5 is amended to reflect the biodiversity enhancements which have been installed on the property such as native planting and bird and bat boxes. Condition 9 to be amended to reflect that an electric vehicle charging point has been installed on the exterior of the west elevation of the garage.
