The apple tree is located immediately outside of the property. Permission is sought to prune this by approximately one third of the current size as the tree is too large for the space and causing excessive shading and obstructing the view and light from the windows. (Tree is currently approx 6 metres high and 5 metres in diameter). There are no other large trees on the site.
