MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2: Chestnut tree shows a significant lean over the play area at the back area of my property. Remove lowest branch back to the poinnt of origin; reduce lateral branches up to 5 metre by a maximum of 3 metres ensuring all final cuts back to significant growth points.
