Submission of ground levels of the extended car parking areas pursuant to Condition 12 of permission 23/01287/S73. Variation of conditions 1, 13 and 18 of permission 20/01052/S73 to amend approved plans condition, provide alterations to the travel plan and allow for an increase in pupil numbers. Permission 20/01052/S73 granted consent for: Series of phased developments at Dunottar School comprising a new VIth Form Centre and refurbishment of the Stable Block and Pelican Centre (Phase 1), and a new Assembly & Exam Hall, classrooms and Orangery (Phase 2). Prior to the commencement of Phase 2 two existing temporary classrooms be removed. Associated external works. Variation of condition 1 of permission 18/00326/F amendment to roof and elevations.
