Proposals involve the variation of condition 4 on a previous planning permission to extend the operating hours of a pay per use dog walking field, alongside the erection of a new perimeter fence.

Full Proposal

To retain the use of land used for existing car parking for race goers and racecourse events, and also to now include a use for dog walking and dog exercise use on a pay per use basis when the field is not in use as an ancillary car park for racecourse use. Including the erection of an new perimeter fence, without complying with condition 4 (opening hours) of planning permission PF/25/0178 to extend opening hours of the dog walking field from between 08:00 - 20:00 to 06:00 - 22:00
