Lawful development certificate for existing use/activity comprising the occupation of caravans and lodges at Castaways Holiday Park during the restricted period between 4 January and 28 February, or 29 February in a leap year, without compliance with Condition 2 of planning permission PF/92/0661, as part of the continued operation of the existing caravan holiday park, is lawful by reason of passage of time and has become immune from enforcement action
