Listed building works are proposed to reinstate a chimney breast, repair a roof valley and structural timber, and restore interior finishes.

Full Proposal

Partial internal reinstatement of a previously removed chimney breast on the ground and first floors. The works also include lime plastering with haired backing coats and reinstatement of timber skirting, picture rails and corner beads to match original detailing. Repair of damaged roof valley internally and installation of new laths and breathable felt to match existing materials, Structural repair to a decayed timber beam end in the ground floor living room.
