Full Proposal

ONE Wisteria (T1) POLLARDING back to previous points at balcony level. An established Wisteria trained against the front elevation of the property. The plant will be cut back to its previous pruning points to restrain its spread and keep it clear of the building, retaining the established framework and encouraging flowering growth. ONE Conifer (T2) HEIGHT REDUCTION by 1.5m from 8m to 6.5m. A mature columnar Conifer on the rear boundary of the garden, approximately 8m in height. The height will be reduced by 1.5m to 6.5m to keep the tree in proportion to its position, reduce the sail area and maintain a manageable height relative to the boundary and neighbouring properties.
