REAR: ONE Sycamore (T1)(ht.11m) CROWN REDUCE by 3m from 11m to ht.8m. Reason: to contain dimensions of the tree and to reduce the interference with neighbouring properties. FRONT (Helvetia St): ONE Sycamore (T2)(ht.12m) CROWN REDUCE by 3m from 12m to ht.9m. Reason: to contain dimensions of the tree and to reduce the interference with neighbouring properties. FRONT (Helvetia St): ONE Cypress (T3)(ht.7m) FELL. Reason: tree in terminal decline, area is a refuse area. To be replaced with a Tulip Tree (Liquidambar styraciflua) planting location shown as T1 in replanting plan submitted with agent's email 11 June 2026. REAR: ONE Sycamore (T4)(ht.10m) CROWN REDUCE by 2m from 10m to ht.8m. Reason: to contain dimensions of the tree within pub garden to balance the amount of light and shade within it. FRONT (Helvetia St): ONE Sycamore (T5)(ht.10m) CROWN REDUCE by 2m from 10m to ht.8m. Reason: to contain dimensions of the tree within pub garden to balance the amount of light and shade within it. Reason: in terminal decline due to compaction from the highly used play area, bark necrosis visible on southern side caused by root death and subsequent death of cambial/vascular layer on this side. To be replaced with a crab apple (Malus sylvestris) on south side of the Pub, planting location shown as T2 in replanting plan submitted with agent's email 11 June 2026. This is a more suitable location for successful establishment of the replacement tree and ample existing tree canopy cover will remain to provide shade for the children's play area. FRONT (Clarens St): ONE Sycamore (T7)(ht.10m) CROWN REDUCE by 2m from 10m to ht.8m. Reason: to contain dimensions of the tree within pub garden to balance the amount of light and shade within it. Watering & maintenance of the 2x replacement trees will be undertaken by the owner of the pub.
