Plan to remove a large sycamore tree due to a significant risk of collapse, which could potentially damage nearby properties.
Proposal as recorded
T1 large sycamore - Take the tree down after noticing a collection of what looked like mud where the trunk bifurcates about two feet from the ground. Probing with a stick I found a hole in the fork about a foot deep and quite wide filled with dark brown 'slurry'. If it should collapse it is large enough that there would be a significant risk of it hitting my house and, depending in which direction it went, there are three other properties it could hit.
