Plan to remove a Leylandii tree at the front of the house due to its size and risk to the house and road. Additional reasons include its impact on property insurance, obscuring the Victorian house's beauty, blocking light, and not matching other trees in the area.
Proposal as recorded
Removal of Leylandii tree at the front of the house approx 20 years old.The tree has grown in excess of 10 m and has become a risk to the house and the main road (Heaton Moor Road) if it were to fall down. Other reasons for removal are 1. It is affecting the property issuance policy due to its proximity to the house. 2. It is obscuring the beauty of the Victorian from the curb side. 3. Its blocking the light to the front of the property. 4. The tree is not in keeping with other trees in the area. HAR/CA15, TPO 19N.
