Application for Listed Building Consent to replace the render on the left and right gable ends due to failure of the current sand and cement render. The replacement will be like for like. Ornate barge boards and all woodwork will be repaired as needed. Pargeting will be reinstalled according to the current design. Render and woodwork will be limewashed and painted to match the original colors.
