Plan to reduce the height of a row of Whitebeams by 2m and laterally by 1.5m to allow building re-cladding. Also, reduce and crown lift two London Plane trees to provide clearance.
Proposal as recorded
G1 (WG) row of Whitebeams - trees are currently pressing against windows and balcony of apartments adjacent to Mabgate. The requirement here is to reduce in height by 2m and a lateral reduction (western aspect) away from the buildings by 1.5m to provide access to re-clad the buildings in a replacement certified cladding P1 and P2 London Plane - Reduce, taking the south eastern most tree first (P1 on sketch plan) we would like to reduce the south and east and north east aspects by 1.5m and crown lift to 2.3m over pavement and car park. The other tree P2, crown lift to 2.3m and reduce away from building to the south to create 1m clearance
