WE SEEK PERMISSION FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKS ON TREES UNDER THE TPO MENTIONED ABOVE WITHIN OUR GARDEN. THE FOLLOWING WORKS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED WITH AN ARBORIST AND THEY HAVE DEFINED THE WORK APPROPRIATELY TO SUPPORT US WITH THE APPLICATION: 1) FELL THE MAPLE TREE AT THE BACK OF OUR GARDEN NEAR THE DRIVEWAY: TO ALLOW US TO EXTEND THE DRIVE WAY TO PARK 2 CARS THERE, REMOVING THE NEED TO PARK THEM ON THE ROAD OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. 2) CROWN REDUCE MAPLE TREE AT FRONT OF PROPERTY BY 25%: FOR ONGING MAINTENANCE AS THE TREE IS ENCROACHING THE PROPERTY. (PLEASE NOTE THESE TREES ARE NOT INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED IN OUR TPO FROM SEARCHES BY SOLICITORS WHEN PURCHASING THE PROPERTY). TPO 9E.
