To allow for amendments to ground, first and second floor layouts, add garage door to front elevation, reduction in number and scale of box bay, repositioning of the entrance, removal of first floor rear balcony, remove projecting gables to the rear and making the rear elevations flush, removal of roof terrace and inverted dormer. Alterations to positioning and amount of windows and rooflights, proposed material palette has been amended.
