Plan to cut down a willow tree due to structural concerns and risk of limb failure, covered by TPO 66E and TPO 249E.

Proposal as recorded

Willow tree - Fell - Major concerns regarding the structural integrity of the tree. A large limb has already broken in the current weather conditions. The neighbour is fearful for the remaining limbs on the tree. I agree with the risk due to the added exposure to high winds since the failure of the fallen limb. TPO 66E, TPO 249E.
