Application to remove a diseased Lombardy Polar tree in the front garden due to health issues and damage to the garden wheelchair ramp and pavement. The removal will also benefit a nearby silver birch tree.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Lombardy Polar -The tree is positioned in the front garden boundry wall. It requires removal as it is showing signs of disease which has impacted the trees health and caused it to lean. Symptoms are cracked, peeling and discoloured bark causing some branches to die. The roots of the tree have caused damage to the garden wheelchair ramp and also the pavement. There is also a silver birch growing in its shadow which is weak and would benefit immensely to receiving more sunlight.
