Proposal as recorded

See birds eye view of the site i have listed the trees as group 1 and group 2 and a single tree T1 Group 1 situated to the right side of the carpark upon entry on the slope of the embankment and consists of approx 6 trees. The proposal of the work carried out there. is to pollard to a sustainable and more safer height of approx 8 to 10m varied heights of trees will require diffrent pollard heights to keep more sustainable end goal Group 2 situated to the left of the carpark behind the residential houses and consists of approx 4 trees the proposal of the work carried out there. is to pollard to a sustainable and more safer height of approx 8 to 10m varied heights of trees will require diffrent pollard heights to keep more sustainable end goal T1 situated among G2 is a ash tree with a significant lean which is leaning directly over the carpark at quite a dangerous angle and with this being extremely top heavy I fear is more likely to fail we propose to fell this one to remove the potential risk.
