Listed Building Consent for internal fire damage repairs to the property including rewire, replacement of timber staircase to the first floor accommodation; removal of timber lintel and replacement with concrete; replacement of partition at first floor with modern fire rated partition; re-plastering; replacement of fire damaged fixture & fittings, joinery at first floor & flooring to ground & first floor; non-historical finishes including 3 en-suite bathrooms, internal redecoration and new loft insulation. External works include roof repairs, replacement of the two damaged windows to the side elevation and installation of new external window security railings to the ground floor window on the side elevation.
