Plan to prune a large eucalyptus tree in the front garden back to its pre-COVID size for safety, as it is leaning and interfering with telegraph wires.
Proposal as recorded
This eucalyptus tree is situated in the middle of the front garden border adjacent to Tatton Road South. The tree was well maintained but bolted over COVID and is now very large and leaning and growing at an angle towards the house. The tree is far taller than the house now. Some branches are in the middle of two sets of telegraph wires and extend several feet above them. The branches lean on the wires when it is windy and the tree creaks ominously. The tree is still growing vigorously. We want to prune the tree branches back to their pre-COVID length for safety purposes. HAR/CA15, TPO 18N.
