Application to remove all remaining protected trees at the rear of the property, except for a healthy birch tree, and replace them with more suitable trees for screening. This is an extension to DC/085069 due to the expiration of the previous planning permission. New trees to be planted at 6-8ft within 12 months of removal. TPO 145E.

Removal in full of the remaining protected trees at the rear of the property, with the exeption of the healthy, mature birch tree and to replace with something more suitable in a similar position to provide screening, this will also allow more space. A number of the trees are dying. Whilst other trees are blocking light into the property and also neighbours properties and also covering other areas in excessive shading. This request is a extension to DC/085069 (PP-11208405) due to this planning permission now expiring of the 2 years granted. Similar trees to be planted at 6-8ft in a similar location within 12 months of the removal of the existing trees. TPO 145E.
