T1 Mixed hedge located at front entrance and access footpaths within complex, height 8m canopy 8m - Draw back side growth to full height of hedge T2 Mature Cherry height 6m canopy 8m, located in top corner of complex - Dead tree within canopy rubbing against property. Remove full limb nearest property to give 2m clearance, remove deadwood T3 Elderberry height 6m canopy 3.5 - Rubbing against property recommend reduce / pollard to 1m height Ivy covered Cherry tree - Sever ivy and re inspect in 6 months trim upper growth back by 1m T4 Mixed boundary hedges Silver Birch trees Height 12m canopy 8m - Trim back from property to give 3m clearance
