Application to demolish an existing single-story sunroom, replace the existing hipped roof with a flat roof, and develop the roof space by increasing the ridge and eaves levels. The plan includes adding front-to-rear facing gables, dormers, new windows, and exterior doors, constructing new ground floor additions above the basement garage, and introducing new external finishes of stone, timber cladding, and render.
