Plan to cut down a sycamore tree in poor condition due to honey fungus and replace it with a heavy standard lime tree in approximately the same location.

T1 Sycamore - To Fell. The tree is in poor condition with decay at the base on the south side caused by honey fungus. Small amounts of black rhizomorphs are present at the base and the customer has confirmed that fruiting bodies appear around the base in late summer/early autumn. T1 is to be replaced with 1 heavy standard Lime in approximately the same location.
