Plan to prune overhanging branches of T1 Oak, T2 and T4 Sycamore, and T3 Crimson King by 3m and crown lift for clearance. T5 Oak to be felled due to poor condition and safety concerns.
Proposal as recorded
T1 Oak - Prune overhanging branches back by 3m, from 8m to 5m and crown lift to give 3m ground clearance. T2 and T4 Sycamore - Prune overhanging branches back by 3m, from 8m to 5m and crown lift to give ground clearance. T3 Crimson King - Prune overhanging branches back by 3m, from 8m to 5m and crown lift to give 3m ground clearance. The proposed pruning for the above will provide adequate clearance from the property and ground level, as the current growth is becoming a nuisance and may cause ongoing maintenance issues. The health and amenity of the trees will be unaffected T5 Oak - Fell. The tree is a poor specimen, heavily clad with ivy and growing at an angle of approximately 45 degrees over the driveway. The crown is sparse, with visible deadwood present. In our professional opinion, removal of the tree is the most appropriate and safest course of action in this instance
