Plan to fell a Silver Birch and an Oak tree, pollard a Hazel tree, and reduce the crown of another Oak tree at 27 Longhurst Lane, Marple Bridge, Stockport.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Silver Birch - Fell as it is on the edge of a retaining wall leaning over the neighbours property. See Picture 1. T2 Hazel - Pollard back to previous pollard point. See Picture 2. T3 Oak - Fell as it is encroaching on the house and is suppressed by two other Oak trees. See Picture 3. T4 Oak - Crown reduce lateral limbs by up to 2-3 meters as the tree is leaning and the weight reduction will prevent future tree failure. Also, remove broken limb. See picture 4. HAR/CA20, TPO 10E.
