Plan to reduce the height and spread of a Bay Tree in the rear garden and a Piitosporum in the front garden, while maintaining natural screening and removing dead branches.

Proposal as recorded

T1. Bay Tree Rear Garden: Reduce overall height by approximately 1.5 metres. Reduce lateral spread by approximately 1.5 metres, reshaping to a balanced, rounded natural form appropriate to the species. Retain as much natural screening as reasonably possible to maintain privacy and to screen the garden room office from neighbouring properties. Remove all dead, damaged, or diseased branches. T2. Piitosporum Front Garden: Reduce height by 1m and lateral spread by 1m to a rounded natural form. Remove dead branches.
