Application for a non-material amendment to demolish the Nave and Aisles of the church and replace them with a six-story extension, retaining and restoring the Chancel, Transept areas, and Altars to contain 62 apartments. The Presbytery will be demolished and replaced with a 5-story apartment block of 113 apartments, totaling 175 residential units. Other works include new access, ECVP parking, cycle storage, and landscaping. Adjustments to internal and site plan layouts and elevations include changes to window types, brickwork setback, cycle store relocation, and internal flat layouts.
