Application to lop the tops of 11 conifers by up to 4.5 meters and cut back branches overhanging the car park to maintain a green screen. The work is requested due to pigeon nesting causing health hazards and nuisances.
Proposal as recorded
11 conifers, each 13.7 meters approximately WORKS 1. Lopping the tree tops by upto 4.5 meters. 2. Cutting back the tree branches that overhang our car park. (This work to be done sensitively in order to maintain the much valued green screen). REASON FOR THE TREE WORK REQUEST 1. The conifers attract many pigeons that populate/nest in the trees and create large quantities of droppings upon resident/visitor vehicles and also the ground surrounding them. Residents believe this to be an ongoing health hazard and a serious nuisance. HAR/ CA34, TPO 249W, TPO 356W.
