Determination of whether Prior Approval is required concerning: a.Transport and Highways impacts of the development; b.Contamination risks on site; c.Flooding risks on site; d. Impacts of noise from commercial premises on the intended occupiers of the development and e. Impact on character or sustainability of the Conservation Area; f.Provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses.
