Application to remove a Poplar and a common Ash tree due to safety concerns after a large branch fell near a child. The trees are 21m tall and stand 12m from the property, with trunks of 1.2m and 2m, making them top-heavy. The trees are on heavy clay, unsuitable for these species.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Poplar and T2 common Ash - Seek permission to remove both trees after a large branch feel recently in close proximity to our 8 year old. The height of the trees which is 21m and the distance from our property which is 12m. I'll also add that in each of these 21m trees, the trunk stands at only 1.2m and 2m making them very top heavy. We have been informed that they stand on heavy clay which isn't suitable for these species of tree.
