Application to remove a small black locust tree in the garden due to it overhanging the neighbour's fence and being toxic to pets. A non-toxic tree will be planted in its place.

Proposal as recorded

The tree is a small black locust tree in our garden which is overhanging the neighbour's fence and also is toxic to our pets. It is not under a TPO and we would like to remove it completely. We are happy to plant a non toxic tree in its place. HAR/CA30, TPO 87W, TPO 263W.
