Application for non-material amendment to planning permission 100109/FUL/20 'Full planning permission for up to 151 dwellings, together with associated access, parking, landscaping, sub-station, drainage, the layout of the road and footways and other associated works' to vary the approved plans as listed on Condition 2 for alterations to the site including: provision of solar panels, changes to the road alignment, omission of plots and alterations/amendments to others, turning head adjacent to Plots 400 & 409 has been re-configured, amended and additional boundary treatments including retaining walls along northern and eastern boundaries.
