Application to vary conditions on planning permission 101163/FUL/20 for the conversion of a former medical centre into five dwellings. Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for part-retrospective variation of condition 2 (approved plans) condition 12 (landscaping works) condition 14 (trees) on planning permission 101163/FUL/20 (Change of use and conversion of former medical centre into five dwellings, works to include: erection of single and two storey side and rear extensions plus basement and replacement rear dormers following demolition of existing side extensions and outbuilding; roof alterations; installation of eyelet windows on front faade; and other elevational alterations; as well as erection of car port at rear and associated landscaping works.) to adjust angles and height of the mansard roof, addition of a flue, design of ground floor doors on principal elevation, alterations to landscaping to include arrangement of shrubs, hedges and hard-surfacing across the site, addition of railings to delineate rear gardens and relocation of entry gates and timber fence to rear and side and the following conditions are sought to be discharged / varied to require the implementation of approved details , 5 (materials), 11 (gates, boundary), 16 (SuDS), 17 (vehicle shelter, cycle and bin stores), 18 (arboriculture), 20 (EV charging) and 21 (biodiversity enhancement).
