Application to reduce the height of trees bordering the mooring area to the south side of the wharf for safety reasons. The trees are on a bank that is 6 ft high on one side, reducing to 0 height near the canal towpath. No trees will be cut down or removed, only trimmed.

Proposal as recorded

we just want to reduce the height of trees bordering the mooring area to the south side of the wharf. The trees are growing in a bank that is 6 ft high on one side reducing to 0 height near the canal towpath where boats are moored. This is causing concern as the height of some of the trees need reducing to make them safe. We are not cutting down or removing any trees we are only intent on reducing their height and trimming them. There are no other properties affected by this or any roads or footpaths, but we are next to high lane cricket club. HAR/CA18, TPO 208E.
